splodgeheaderDHey kids ministry leaders! Over the last year I have met with a lot of you, trying to partner with as many of you as I can in this journey. I’ve compiled a list of most Frequently Asked Questions, and would love your input on what you think you’d like answers on.

Email me at qbkids@qb.com.au with which question you’d like answered (or maybe one of your own), and I’ll endeavour to write some blog posts (or find some from some wiser people) on what is a helpful way to combat the hurdles we face!

FAQ
1. Child safety – “How can we be compliant with risk assessments, blue card & volunteer screening and legislation – it seems so hard!”
2. Junior leader training – “How can we train our young high school leaders to be passionate & effective leaders in our kids ministry?”
3. Partnering with parents – “How can we partner with parents and equip them to be the Spiritual leaders of our kids?”
4. Discipleship – “How can we go beyond ‘storytelling’ and ‘memory verses’ and really have deep, meaningful spiritual conversations with kids during our lesson time?
5. Innovating – “We don’t have many kids or kids’ ministry leaders in our church – let alone resources – how can we be effectively reaching kids and families for Jesus without spending a fortune?”

If you’d ever like a chat in real life- or Skype if you’re far away – then please email me! I would love to hear from you.

Happy question time!

Sally
